JOB SUMMARY
KBW Financial Staffing is working with a client looking for a Collections Specialist in Manchester NH. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who can handle a high volume of calls.
The responsibilities for this role will include:
- Making outbound calls to collect on past-due accounts
- Answer incoming calls
- Resolve account issues
- Taking payments over the phone
- Prepare collections letters
The ideal candidate for this role should have the following experience:
- 1+ year of customer service or collections experience
Compensation: $19-24/HR DOE
