AR Specialist
JOB SUMMARY
A manufacturing company located in the Easthampton, MA area is actively seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for an immediate opening. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be primarily responsible the day-to-day accounts receivable process. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will perform the following:
Responsibilities:
- Process credit card payments
- Cash applications
- Report monthly ineligible AR to bank
- Issue rebates
- Obtain credit applications
- Coordinate freight shipments
- Bachelors degree in Accounting preferred
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong excel skills
Compensation Package: Up to $24/hour depending on experience
