Tax Manager

KBW Financial Staffing and Recruiting has partnered with a global construction organization in their search to find a Tax Manager who can take the lead on shaping the organization’s global tax strategy! You'll spearhead the preparation and review of the income tax provision while managing all aspects of federal, state, and international tax compliance. But that's just the beginning.

In this role, you'll dive deep into tax research, exploring international tax planning and modeling, and navigating complex tax credits and incentives programs. You'll be at the forefront of analyzing potential law changes, ensuring the organization stays ahead of the curve and maintain their competitive edge.

As a key player in the team, you'll oversee the global mobility program and advise on permanent establishment risks, all while ensuring the organization’s tax provision aligns seamlessly with ASC 740 standards. Your expertise will guide internal project teams, offering invaluable insights on tax matters and compliance requirements.

But it's not just about the numbers. You'll be instrumental in driving process optimization, enhancing the organization’s tax function, and supporting the company's growth through acquisitions. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to shape the global transfer pricing policy, ensuring compliance and efficiency across the board.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role.
• Bachelor's degree required; current CPA or JD certification is a must.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with OneSource Income Tax and Tax provision preferred.
• Knowledge of Oracle is a plus.
