Full Charge Bookkeeper
JOB SUMMARY
KBW Financial has partnered with a well established manufacturing organization based out of Hopkinton MA that is actively looking to add a Full Charge Bookkeeper to their growing team! The Full Charge Bookkeeper will be responsible for overseeing the operational accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and general ledger functions. The Full charge bookkeeper will also oversee four direct reports and bey a key driver in identifying process improvements. The Full Charge Bookkeeper will perform the following:

- Verify the accuracy and completeness of financial transactions
- Ensure the accuracy of financial statements
- Strengthen internal controls
- Compile and analyze financial data to prepare detailed reports for management
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to facilitate audits and ensure compliance with regulations
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements to ensure accuracy and consistency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Possess over five years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- Skilled in managing multiple priorities concurrently while meeting deadlines
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks Online, and QuickBooks Desktop
Compensation Package: This position pays up to $95K DOE
