Bookkeeper
JOB SUMMARY
KBW Financial Staffing is working with a construction client in the greater Manchester area looking to add a Bookkeeper to the team! This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to gain experience, or for someone with a construction background. The role is 100% onsite and is a permanent position directly with our client.
The responsibilities for this role will include:
- Processing AR, preparing deposits, matching invoices with checks
- Processing contracts for new projects and requesting COIs
- Processing change orders from contractors
- Submit weekly market reports
- Creating waivers when needed
- Updating job cost reports
- Processing certified payroll
Compensation: $50-75k/year DOE
