Accounts Receivable Biller
JOB SUMMARY
KBW Financial Staffing is working with a client in the Springfield MA area looking for an AIA Biller. This is an excellent opportunity to gain construction experience in a company with room to grow! This role is 100% onsite in Springfield.
The responsibilities for this role will include:
- Generate monthly AIA billing
- Set up of new projects in the system
- Project closeouts
- Posting cash receipts
- Communicating with customers about issues
- Maintaining vendor database
- Working closely with project managers
The ideal candidate for this role should have the following experience:
- 1+ year of previous AR experience
- AIA billing experience a plus!
Compensation: $50-55k/year DOE
