Interim Finance Director
JOB SUMMARY
KBW is partnering with a great company located in the Greenfield, MA area that is actively seeking an Interim Finance Director for an immediate opening. The Interim Finance Director will be primarily responsible for overseeing the accounting department as well as training/supervising department staff. The Interim Finance Director will perform the following:
Responsibilities:
- Ensure financial systems in place are accurate, efficient, and in compliance
- Prepare and maintain financial records
- Oversee accounting policies and procedures
- Oversee the preparation, review, and reporting of financial statements
- Financial statement analysis
- Coordinate banking and investment services
- Oversee audit process
- Bachelors degree in Accounting
- Master Degree in Business Administration or CPA a plus
- 7+ years of experience
- Strong computer and technical skills
Compensation Package: Up to $57/hour depending on experience
