Accounts Payable Specialist
JOB SUMMARY
KBW Financial Staffing and Recruiting has partnered with a multi-entry company in Southern New Hampshire who is searching for an Accounts Payable Specialist. This is a permanent position that will be onsite 4 days a week.
- The responsibilities for this position are as follows:
- Review and process invoices
- Prepare and process expense reports
- Assist in month-end close processes
- Reconcile discrepancies and resolve invoice issues
- Maintain vendor relationships and address inquiries
The requirements for this role are as follows:
- Understanding of Accounting Principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Comp: $27/hr DOE
